Willie's Grill and Ice House Urgent Hiring: Immediate Opening for a Highly Skilled, Dynamic Bar Service (Counter) Team Member

As a talented Bar Service (Counter) team member, you will grow your skills in guest relations, beverage service, and teamwork while being part of a deliciously fun and enthusiastic workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, timely, and courteous service to guests at the counter and throughout the restaurant
• Know the menu, wines, beers, and cocktails to make helpful recommendations
• Follow company policies, including sanitation, dress code, and service guidelines
• Take and deliver beverage orders accurately, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Assist fellow team members to ensure outstanding guest experiences
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and perform side work as required
• Adhere to alcohol awareness procedures and promptly notify management of any concerns
• Welcome and thank guests warmly, inviting them to return

Qualifications & Skills

• 6 months to 2 years related experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Alcohol Certification and Food Handler’s Certificate required
• Strong verbal communication and basic math skills
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale system and handle money accurately
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Positive, cooperative attitude with excellent guest service focus
