in Kennebunk, ME, hiring
Production Associates
for
temp-to-hire opportunities . These positions offer
competitive pay, and overtime opportunities.
Schedules & Pay:
1st Shift
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
$18.00+/hour
2nd Shift
Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
$19.50+/hour
3rd Shift
Sunday-Thursday | 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM
$20.00+/hour
What You'll Do
Perform manufacturing and production processes while meeting quality standards Operate production equipment and machinery Load and unload parts and materials Clean, prepare, and stage products for processing Perform visual inspections and verify product quality Count, package, and prepare finished products for shipment Follow work instructions and production procedures Complete accurate production documentation and data entry Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Communicate with team members and supervisors to support production goals
What We're Looking For
Previous
manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or machine operation experience
is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions Ability to inspect parts and identify quality issues Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details:
$18.00 to $22.50 per hour
